The CPI Blended experience starts with participants completing the online portion of the course, which introduces them to the basic concepts of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training.
During the online portion, participants are encouraged to take notes and apply concepts to their current jobs. Modules encourage note taking and challenge them to consider their own workplace realities and apply to content.
