Cognitive Coaching (Level 2) is a 4-day experience during which participants will build on Level 1 by refining their skills and gain a deeper understanding of the Problem-Resolving Map.

Throughout the course, participants will:

• Develop trust and rapport with their peers and clients.
• Cultivate an identity as a mediator of thinking.
• Master conversation structures for planning, reflecting, and problem resolving.
•  Foster teachers’ autonomy and a sense of community.
• Enhance efficacy, consciousness, craftsmanship, flexibility, and interdependence.
• Apply the four support functions: coaching, evaluating, consulting, and collaborating.
• Utilize essential coaching tools such as pausing, paraphrasing, and posing questions.
• Distinguish among the five forms of feedback.
• Use data effectively to mediate and enhance thinking.
